# Backup and Restore
AMIMOTO Managed hosting is taking daily backup. We describe how to check backup items and restore from it.
### Checking Backups
**1. Login to AMIMOTO Dashboard.**
**2. Click \[Manage\] button.**
**3. Click \[Option\].**
**4. To check backup items by clicking pulldown menu \[Backup Items\].**
### Requesting Restore
If you want restore server data, feel free to request by following steps.
Note. Once you sent request, restoring process will run automatically.
**1. Login to AMIMOTO Dashboard.**
**2. Click \[Manage\] button.**
**3. Click \[Option\].**
**4. To select backup items by clicking pulldown menu \[Backup Items\].**
5\. Click \[Request restore backup\] to request a restoring all data from backup.
6\. Confirm it.
This operation cannot be undone. We'll restore all of data from backup.
7\. Your request had been sent.
