AMIMOTO Managed hosting is taking daily backup. We describe how to check backup items and restore from it.
Checking Backups
1. Login to AMIMOTO Dashboard.
2. Click [Manage] button.
3. Click [Option].
4. To check backup items by clicking pulldown menu [Backup Items].
Requesting Restore
If you want restore server data, feel free to request by following steps.
Note. Once you sent request, restoring process will run automatically.
1. Login to AMIMOTO Dashboard.
2. Click [Manage] button.
3. Click [Option].
4. To select backup items by clicking pulldown menu [Backup Items].
5. Click [Request restore backup] to request a restoring all data from backup.
6. Confirm it.
This operation cannot be undone. We'll restore all of data from backup.
7. Your request had been sent.
