One of our AMI: WordPress powered by AMIMOTO (Auto Scaling) is designed for AutoScaling, and it won't support wp-setup command for adding new WordPress with a new domain name because of the domain name should be assigned to CDN. If you want to install multiple WordPress with domain names, we recommend using other AMI which supports `wp-setup`command like WordPress powered by AMIMOTO.
